Quotes from previous participants

"This has been one of the best experiences for me. Whoever paired us together did a fantastic job. When I applied for this program, I knew I would be happy to be a mentor or a mentee. I was correct. I have learned so much from my mentee. We are closer to peers than mentors/mentees. Thank you for this opportunity!! We both agree that the stars aligned. - "-Barb Haines, Associate Dean of Technology, Teaching and Learning, University of Hartford

"The most meaningful takeaways for me center on the relationships I have built and the shared growth that came from them. One of the most rewarding aspects of the program has been forming lasting connections that extended well beyond the program's official conclusion. These relationships did not end when the program did; instead, they evolved into ongoing professional partnerships and trusted networks built on mutual respect and open dialogue."
